On November 3, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force and the City of Dunkirk Police SRT team executed search warrants at two separate apartments located at 47 W. 2nd St. in the City of Dunkirk. The entries in the apartments were made without incident and Irvin I. Reyes-Pachecho, age 21, of 425 Columbus Ave, Dunkirk, NY, Victor J. Quinones, age 21, of 516 Leopard St, Dunkirk, NY and Jonathan J. Torres-Morales, age 21, of 638 Oak St, Lebanon, PA were taken into custody. Reyes-Pacheco was located in the lower rear apartment at this location and Torres-Morales and Quinones were taken into custody in the lower front apartment. As a result of the searches at the two apartments authorities located and seized a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, a large quantity of money and a loaded rifle. The three subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Dunkirk City Jail pending their arraignment. Reyes-Pacheco was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Quinones was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree and Torres-Morales was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the 5th Degree. This culminates a months long investigation into the sales of crack cocaine and marijuana from these locations. Additional charges are pending against these subjects as a result of the investigation. This investigation began from information provided by the community.
