On April 28, 2017 at 9:45 A.M. the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, City of Dunkirk Police Department and Dunkirk City Police SRT executed a search warrant at 51 E. 2nd St. in the City of Dunkirk. A search warrant had been issued earlier by City of Dunkirk Court Judge Drag as well as several arrest warrant for subjects that have been using this residence to sell crack cocaine. The entry was made without incident and inside of the residence police located Minerva MAESTRE, Hector A. MERCADO TORRES, Eriberto CORRALIZA and Angelica CULLINAN. The search and arrest warrants are based upon a seven month long investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. It is alleged by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force that the residence was being used by multiple subjects for the storage and sales of crack cocaine. Initially Minerva Maestre and Eriberto Corraliza were charged based on Dunkirk City Court arrest warrants charging them each with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree. As a result of the search the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force seized 118.5 grams of crack cocaine and $171,297.00 in U.S. currency. As a result of the seizure inside of the residence at the time of the search warrant each of the two subjects picked up on arrest warrants inside at the residence were charged additionally with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree. Also charged as a result of the search warrant seizure are Hector A. MERCADO TORRES and Angelica CULLINAN. Both of these subjects are charged with two counts of Criminal possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree.
While the search was being conducted inside of the residence, Pedro A. CORRALIZA Jr. arrived in front of the residence and he was taken into custody based on an arrest warrant charging him with one count each of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree. All of these subjects were transported to the Dunkirk City Jail and then subsequently arraigned before Judge Drag on each of the charges listed. As a result of the arraignment all of these subjects were remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail pending further action of the court.
At this time the City of Dunkirk Police and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force are attempting to locate Jason ROSAS RODRIGUEZ age 32 and Cristian MAESTRE age 27 on outstanding Dunkirk City Court arrest warrants charging each with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree. Anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts is asked to call authorities.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Dunkirk Police Department. Authorities continue to ask members of the community to call when they observe suspicious or narcotics related activity in their neighborhoods by calling either 800-344-8702 or 363-0313.

  1. great work by law enforcement…..quite a lot of , ” crack/cocaine ” along with quite a substantial amount of money…….I pray these men are safe during these drug raids….people do not realize that each and every time a drug raid is done….an officer, father, mother, brother, sister, family member is in direct, “line of fire” with these addicts……….please be safe and most importantly THANK YOU
