Narcotics Arrest

On 11/30/17 Yanira CORRALIZA-MAESTRE turned herself into the City of Dunkirk Police Department on an outstanding arrest warrant that had been issued by Dunkirk City Court Judge Drag. The warrant was issued based on information obtained from the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. It is alleged by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force that Yanira CORRALIZAMAESTRE has sold crack cocaine to agents of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force within the City of Dunkirk. After processing by the City of Dunkirk Police CORRALIZA-MASTRE was arraigned before Judge Drag and then committed to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail pending further action of the Court. There will be additional charges lodged against CORRALIZA-MAESTRE at a later date as a result of the investigation. This arrest culminates a three month investigation into crack cocaine trafficking within the City of Dunkirk.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is comprised of investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Dunkirk Police Department.
